· Upon arrival into beautiful Budapest pickup from airport  and taken to your accommodation of your Hosts

· Upon leaving Budapest and the accommodation of your Hosts,  a return drop off to the airport

· A typical Hungarian welcoming drink upon arrival to your Hosts Home

· A stunning and delicious typical Hungarian Feast prepared by your generous Hosts

· A full day tour of beautiful Budapest, comprising of  both a drive and walk through the most famous sites of this beautiful    

City

· Full use of the above ground pool, barbecue and garden settings

· Wi-fi internet and television also included

· Your gracious Hosts will also show you the best places to do your shopping whether it be for gifts to take back home for                   friends and family, or to find that good Hungarian food you so want to taste

· You will be also shown the best recommended eateries,  bars and nightlife areas so you can party and enjoy the night away

· Your Hosts can arrange a very professional and courteous taxi driver for you for your transport needs. He is also available             for any pre-booking(s) that you may require

·  Your Hosts can also help you to arrange a rental car if you so require. An International Drivers License and Passport MUST             be supplied to the rental company by law. PLEASE be aware that vehicles here are left hand drive. 

Your accommodation while you stay with your Hosts;

· Is located in a beautiful home approximately 25 mins by public transport from the heart of Budapest

· Public transport is easily accessible and only approximately a 10 min walk from the front door of your accommodation

· Accommodation in a spacious 65 m2 apartment of a stunning family home with a garden, City views and a pool on the                     Buda side of Budapest

· Accommodation/Apartment comprises an area of 4 rooms.

· Room 1; Has a comfortable double bed and separate entry.

· Room 2; Which also has its own separate entry, is another large room that serves as a lounge, with a large double bed                     which can be converted to 2 single beds. This room also has an American style kitchen with appliances, and a lovely dining                 room table and chairs. This room also has a shower and sink.

· Room 3; Is a large bathroom with a corner bath and overhead shower, and hand basin. The toilet is also located here.  Here             you will also find the washing machine and a small kitchen sink.

· Room 4; This is a small hallway that leads to all rooms on this level. Here you will also find  your fridge for your exclusive use             during your stay

Payment;

· A deposit of 20% / person / week to be paid a minimum of 14 days upon booking to our booking agent

· Bank and account details will be supplied upon booking.  

· The remainder amount to be paid in full either 7 days prior to arrival  to the Hosts, or unless prior arrangements are made             with the Hosts

· A cancellation fee applies, pending on time cancelled prior to arrival
